County Court Summons
All matters under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 must be heard by the county court.A County Court Summons is a request for you to appear in the county court. If you have been summonsed it is more than likely due to a communication breakdown betweeen yourself and the creditor. Most creditors do NOT want to goto court to recover debts. They will usually follow a number of procedures to avoid court action.
If you receive a summons this is a sign that your debts have spiralled so out of control that you need help to wipe the slate clean.
