The introducer logs in to the private control panel. He/she provides the details of the client and at this point a new client is added to your control panel. Once we receive the client's details we will attempt to make contact with the client at the specified time period. The purposes of which is to carry out a fact find. In accordance with our best practice and advice code we will advise the client of the best solution to suit their personal financial circumstances. At this point the 'Acceptance Fee' is due (usually 4-48 hours after introduction of client to 123 Debt Solutions).
If a secured loan is proposed a proposal will be issued immediately.
The client is requested to sign the documentation forthwith. If the client is in a position the loan is agreed and signed off impmediately. At this point the 'Case Fee' is due (usually 7-14 days after introduction of client to 123 Debt Solutions).
