Once we receive the above details from an affiliate we contact the client to carry out a fact find.
A financial advisor will try to establish if a client is insolvent and eligible for an IVA.
If the answers to part 1 & part 2 are "Yes" then the non-refundable acceptance feee is paid immediately.
Part 1 : (Required)
The primary criteria for this is as follows :
- Are the telephone number/s, email address true and correct.
- Is the client interested in debt consolidation. Not a Loan.
The primary criteria for this is as follows :
- Debt Levels above £12,500.
- More than 3 separate creditors.
- In Employment in excess of £750 per month.
An individual is deemed insolvent either when he/she is unable to pay their debts as they fall due or when the value of their assets is less than the total amount of debt owed.
