How it works
The introducer logs in to their private control panel. He/she provides the details of the client and at this point a new client is added to your control panel. Once we receive the client's details we will attempt to make contact with the client at the specified time period. The purpose of this is to carry out a fact find. In accordance with our best practice and advice code we will advise the client of the best solution to suit their personal financial circumstances. At this point the 'Acceptance Fee' is due (usually 4-48 hours after introduction of client to 123 Debt Solutions). Full BreakdownIf a Debt Management Plan or an IVA is proposed a pack is immediately dispatched in order for us to obtain further information.
In the case of an IVA
The client's supporting documents are collected, and a viability assessment made. If the client is in a position to propose an IVA, then the case is put forward to an Insolvency Practitioner. At this point the 'Case Fee' is due (usually 9-14 days after introduction of client to 123 Debt Solutions).
In the case of a DMP
The client's supporting documents are collected in and a viability assessment made. If the client is in a position to propose a DMP, then the case is put forward to a Senior Advisor. At this point the 'Case Fee' is due (usually 8-12 days after introduction of client to 123 Debt Solutions).
