Debt Management or Other
The introducer logs in to the private control panel. He/she provides the details of the client and at this point a new client is added to your control panel. Once we receive the client's details we will attempt to make contact with the client at the specified time period. The purposes of which is to carry out a fact find. In accordance with our best practice and advice code we will advise the client of the best solution to suit their personal financial circumstances. At this point the 'Acceptance Fee' is due (usually 4-48 hours after introduction of client to 123 Debt Solutions). Full Breakdown
If a DMP is proposed a pack is immediately dispatched in order for us to obtain further information.
The client's supporting documents are collected in. At this point the 'Case Fee' is due (usually 8-12 days after introduction of client to 123 Debt Solutions).
