1. How often do I get paid?

1. Invoice items are generated instantly in our online system. All Invoice items are generated as one fortnightly invoice every other Monday. All invoices are paid promptly every Tuesday.

2. How do we know what stage the client is up to?

2. Using your control panel you are kept up-to-date at every stage. Each time the client is called, sent a letter or any other action, it is made available to you via your control panel.

How do I sign up?

3. Please use the sign up button on the left hand menu. You will need to provide us with full contact details including bank details in order for us to make payment. You will also need to print, sign and fax back your copy of our terms & conditions which we will email to you upon sign up.

How can you help me with marketing?

4. Once signed up you have direct access to our marketing team who can advise on all aspects of online and offline marketing. We can help to suggest keywords and phrases to target for your PPC campaigns or help with SEO.

Can you provide me with marketing literature?

5. We can help to ensure that your marketing and advertising literature meets with the industry guidelines. We can also advise on ways and means of targeting specific groups or individuals.

Do you have a minimum required leads per month policy?

6. No. If you are only passing through to us one quality lead per month we are happy to accept it. The more leads you pass through to us that are accepted, the greater the chance you have of maximising your earnings with us. The more you pass through, the more you earn per lead.

How many leads do I need to have accepted in order to qualify for the incentive programme?

7. All affiliates are automatically entered in our incentive program. This will ensure that you receive a greater case fee upon acceptance by the IP. The increase is from £100 per case to £150.

How many leads do I need to have accepted in order to qualify for the revenue share programme?

8. Once you have had more than 50 IVA leads accepted, you qualify in the revenue share progamme. This will increase your case fee to over £150 per case acceptance. The amount that you receive is dependent upon the level of cases you have had previously accepted at the case fee stage.

Can you help optimise my website?

9. We provide hints and tips in terms of keyword optimsation and text optimisation so that you can achieve maximum results from your website. To know more, please see our sign up section.

Is this a cost per lead or cost per application affiliate program?

10. We run a cost per application affiliate program. Each affiliate receives an acceptance fee for all leads provided to us. Assuming they are real and live. However, additional fees are provided upon case being accepted.

When do we find out if the lead has been accepted?

11. Using your control panel you are kept up-to-date at every stage. Leads are generally accepted with a few hours. We work 9:00am-9:00pm 6 days a week and our online reporting is real-time, so you know if a lead has been accepted the second it is accepted.

Do you remain anonymous?

12. Yes, we remain completely anonymous to your visitors until the lead has been passed to us by the affiliate. We don't ask you to link to us or advertise us on your web site.
All you need to do is obtain the required details from the client and then insert them into our database via the affiliate admin area. Then leave the rest to us.
